This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Exemplum, LLC regarding information collected on our primary website (https://exemplum.com) and all related subdomains (hereinafter referred to as 'Exemplum' or 'we'). This privacy notice is intended to explain the following:

Orders and Online Payments
We may request information from you in connection with an online payment for the purchase of goods or services. Such information will include contact information (like name, email, and billing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). We transmit this information via secure channels to our merchant processing vendor who we believe is a reliable and trustworthy partner and will treat this information in a similar responsible manner. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

Exemplum makes all reasonable and customary efforts to insure the security of such data connections but does not have full control over the operational policies of our partners. Whenever you are redirected to another site, be aware that you are leaving our site and immediately become subject to whatever the privacy and security policies are of the destination.
Other Provisions as Required by Law
Numerous other provisions and/or practices may be required as a result of laws, international treaties, or industry practices. It is up to you to determine what additional practices must be followed and/or what additional disclosures are required. Please take special notice of the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), which is frequently amended and now includes a disclosure requirement for “Do Not Track” signals. We do not track or store individual visitor behavior on our site other than that information voluntarily submitted on forms and applications. We only track aggregate page visits, the type of browser and operating system used, the general location of the visitor, and the average duration of a visit.
