Design

Migrating to the cloud can be an intimidating undertaking even for organizations with a sizeable professional IT staff. Exemplum has worked exclusively in the Microsoft cloud for over 10 years and has extensive experience in designing and configuring custom solutions. We are able to design, and configure SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions that meet the unique business and financial requirements of our clients.

Licensing

Exemplum is an authorized Micrsoft Cloud Solution Provider, which means that we are authorized to sell and provision Microsoft licenses directly to customers. We can offer custom pricing terms options as well as speciality licenses for educational and governmental organizations that are not available on a direct basis. We provide technical support for the licenses that we sell.

Implemenation

We provide direct implemenation and configuration for all products and services that we sell. In the cases of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365, we provision the necessary licenses in a customer's tenant subscription and provide all necessary configuration for a ready-to-go turnkey solution.

Support

After implementation, we provide technical support and training to users. We are experts in the producst that we sell and have over 10 years of experience with most products. As an additional layer of support, we have contracted with Ingram Micro to provide 24 x7 desktop and technical support to all of our clients on those products where we have sold licenses. Both Exemplum and Ingram Micro provide direct support while Microsoft is also always available to support their products.
